Showtime US – but not for non-Americans?

Accessibility of a different sort here. Try going to this cable network’s website if you’re outside the United States – Showtime US. Never heard of them? They’re the station behind The L Word.

Why? and why no alternative regionalised sites? Someone should buy these people an atlas.
